Wine Poached Salmon with Capers

Salmon fillets about 12 ounces |
1/4 cup |
white wine |
2 tsp |
drained capers |
Place salmon wine and capers in a medium size frying pan. Bring to a gentle boil; reduce heat cover, and boil gently for four minutes, depending on thickness until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Boil liquid uncovered until slightly reduced; pour over fillets.
