In general our wine making products break out into the following classifications:

TRADITION, white wines and red wines: A quality value priced four week five litre wine kit made with pure grape concentrates to which eighteen litres of water is added. These white wines and red wines produce a wine of quality and character that is very drinkable when young. Available for orders over the web.

PREMIUM, white wines and red wines: Every one of the premium wine kits contain pure juice and concentrate, a total of seven litres of product to which sixteen litres of water is added. Once bottled you can enjoy your premium white wines in one month and your premium red wines in one and a half months after aging in the bottle. Available for purchase in store and over the web.

CLASSIC, white wines and red wines: These superior grade forty-five day wine kits consist of fifteen litres of the finest 100% varietal grape juice and grape concentrates from among the world's premier vineyards. To this kit is added eight litres of water and in a short period of time you will have a superior wine whose white wines and red wines can be consumed after eight weeks aging in the bottle. Available in store and on the web.

WINE JUICE, white wines and red wines: Our finest product selected from vineyards around the world we offer series from France, Italy, Australia, western United States and other select countries. These wines are harvested, flash pasturized and rushed to our store for production from the highest quality pure juice. And in October we offer this product not pasturized but shipped frozen from the vineyards of Europe and California some of them still on the skins. Absolutely no water is added to this product. After ten weeks of processing and four months of aging in the bottle ie: six months later you are ready to enjoy the finest quality wine to be found. Available in store an on the web except frozen in-store only.

FRUIT WINE, A refreshing alternative to wine or coolers, these are a perfect balance of fruit and wine - not too sweet and not too dry, enjoy these beverages in a tall glass over ice with good food and good friends.
